So, what is this class all about?

Exercise is one of the key ingredients in staying healthy through these strange times... Why not workout in the middle of a hula hoop while you laugh those pounds away?

My hula hoop classes are designed for beginners. You will learn how to basic waist hoop but there is so much more you can do with a hula hoop than just the traditional way of hula hooping…

On top of a core workout we will exercise our arms, legs and do basic cardio. We will move at our own speed and only tackle what you can handle. I sometimes incorporate dance moves when hula hooping to keep it fun and playful.

If you have never hula hooped before... you are welcome to learn & if you already know how to hula hoop then we can build on what you already know :)
